Sobre a produtividade.
Esse ano, foram colhidas apenas 14 toneladas (terminamos ontem (10.03)
Como foi feita uma poda drástica durante a colheita, e também vendemos em torno de 450 árvores, devemos manter essa estimativa para a próxima safra.
Mas a de 2028, vamos trabalhar para repetir 2023, com 40 toneladas.
Estamos adubando para isso
Sempre fizemos colheita manual, pois temos lmão de obra na volta e a distância delas era de 5×3 metros.
Estou vendendo as árvores para, justamente, aumentar esse distanciamento, permitindo uma colheita mecanizada no futuro, e fazendo as árvores crescerem para os lados(ao invés de para cima), facilitando e barateando a colheita manual.
O azeite sempre foi produzido por parceiros.
De 2013 a 2021 na Prosperato.
2022 e 2023 na Fazenda Serra dos Tapes (Canguçu).
